An excellent Support Specialist should have a solid understanding of MCA products and be able to offer effective solutions to clients in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial in this role.

The goal is to ensure that clients receive top-notch support and have a seamless experience throughout the funding process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Support Specialist or in a customer support role in the financial services or MCA industry

  • Deep knowledge of the MCA funding process and associated products

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

  • Proficiency in using support ticket systems and CRM software

  • BSc/BA in Business, Finance, or a related field
