Job Brief
We are looking for a competent ISO Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers in the MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) funding industry. You will manage a portfolio of ISOs, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation, and work to expand business opportunities.
An excellent ISO Relationship Manager should be proactive, relationship-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of MCA products and services. They should be able to identify opportunities for business growth and work effectively with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
The goal is to strengthen our network of ISOs and partners, enhancing business development and increasing company revenue.
Requirements

Proven experience as an ISO Relationship Manager or in a similar business development or sales role within the MCA industry

Deep understanding of the MCA funding industry, products, and processes

Excellent negotiation and communication skills
